Schedule recurring work with Loops.
Create a daily, weekly or monthly Loop with an owner, an Area, a reusable brief and acceptance criteria. Set a deadline or a completion target within the period.
Start each occurrence and hand it to an available agent manually. Record the result, then review completions, skipped deadlines and overdue work over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Review the Coordinator's changes before they run.
Ask the Coordinator about tasks, projects, Loops and knowledge from the page you are on. It can read supported records and propose changes, such as creating a task or updating a project.

Can people and agents work from the same task board?
Yes. People and agents share the task brief, status, notes and files. Use Today and Upcoming to find scheduled work, and Review to find tasks awaiting a decision.
What does an agent receive when I launch a task?
The handoff includes the task brief, project context and linked Wiki excerpts. You can select an agent profile too. pyrito records the instructions sent. The connected desktop app supplies the account, tool and model settings.
Do Loops launch agents automatically?
No. You start each occurrence and choose an available agent. Loops track the recurring work and its completion records.
Can the Coordinator change things without asking?
No. You review each proposed change and approve or cancel it before it runs. The Coordinator can read supported records without that approval step.
Can I track time against the work?
Start a timer or add a manual time entry on a task. Review the entries in Timesheets.
